Cascina Pugnane

Cascina Pugnane: Barolo tradition in the heart of the Langhe

Located in the heart of the Langhe, between the villages of Barolo, Monforte d’Alba and Castiglione Falletto, Cascina Pugnane is a historic winery of Piedmont focused on traditional local grape varieties, especially Nebbiolo and Dolcetto.

The winery is particularly known for its interpretations of Barolo DOCG, including the Bussia and Pugnane crus, wines characterised by structure, depth and ageing potential. Limestone soils and vineyard exposure contribute to a style strongly connected to the territory.

The estate is managed by brothers Enzo and Ivo Ghisolfi, who maintain a careful vineyard approach focused on expressing each vintage through wines that directly reflect the identity of the Langhe.

The selections available on Cantinium Shop include Barolo and Piedmontese wines focused on stylistic precision, elegance and longevity.
