The Agalìa project
Agalìa: a spirit linked to Sicily and Mediterranean botanicals
Agalìa is a project born in Sicily with the aim of highlighting local raw materials and Mediterranean botanicals through a contemporary spirit strongly connected to the territory.
At the centre of the production is Sicilian agave, locally known as “zabbara”, combined with ingredients such as verdello lemon and prickly pear. The selection of botanicals and the distillation process contribute to a profile focused on freshness, vegetal character and territorial identity.
Distillation, craftsmanship and Sicilian identity
Each stage of production is carefully managed, from harvesting the raw materials to bottling, through an approach focused on production precision and the enhancement of local resources.
The bottle itself reflects the connection with Sicily through details inspired by the ceramic tradition of Caltagirone, helping position Agalìa as a project combining contemporary distillation, territorial culture and stylistic research.
