Davide Fregonese: Langhe and Etna between precision and territorial identity
Davide Fregonese, a Piedmontese producer and founder of the Bugia Nen project, develops his production between the Langhe and Mount Etna, two very different territories united by strong expressiveness and a clear territorial identity.
In the heart of Piedmont, in Serralunga d’Alba, Fregonese cultivates vineyards in the Cerretta and Prapò crus, where Nebbiolo expresses structure, depth and ageing potential. His interpretations of Barolo DOCG are known for a direct and precise style focused on highlighting individual vineyard parcels.
Etna Rosso and volcanic terroirs
Alongside the Piedmontese production, the project also includes wines from Sicily and Mount Etna, areas defined by altitude, significant temperature variations and volcanic soils. The Etna Rosso wines express freshness, minerality and aromatic precision while maintaining a strong connection to their territory of origin.
The selections available on Cantinium Shop reflect a production philosophy focused on territorial expression, stylistic precision and bottle evolution.
