Domini Castellare di Castellina: Tuscany and Sicily between identity and innovation

Domini Castellare di Castellina was created from the vision of Paolo Panerai and brings together several wine estates located between Tuscany and Sicily, united by a strong focus on quality and territorial expression. The group includes Castellare di Castellina, Rocca di Frassinello, Feudi del Pisciotto and Gurra di Mare.

Founded in 1977 in the heart of Tuscany, Castellare di Castellina is known for wines that highlight native grape varieties and interpretations linked to the world of Toscana IGT. Rocca di Frassinello, developed in collaboration with Domaines Barons de Rothschild-Lafite and designed by Renzo Piano, combines Tuscan and French influences through a distinctive production approach.

Super Tuscans and Sicilian wines

The group also includes wines connected to the world of Super Tuscans, characterised by structure, depth and ageing potential. The Sicilian estates of the group, now part of the dedicated Sicily selection, focus on Mediterranean conditions and local grape varieties through wines defined by aromatic intensity, balance and stylistic precision.

The selections available on Cantinium Shop reflect the territorial diversity and production philosophy of the group, with wines capable of expressing identity, complexity and bottle evolution.
