Tasting notes
This Barolo has a ruby red color tending towards garnet, transparent and brilliant. On the nose, it expresses itself with immediacy and frankness, dominated by a fruity bouquet where aromas of cherry, blackberry, plum, strawberry, raspberry and blueberry stand out. On the palate, we find the same frankness, with olfactory sensations that are confirmed in the mouth, enriched by a pleasant acidity and a warm and enveloping softness. The finish is characterized by a persistent hint of cherry, enhanced by a slightly bitter aftertaste of almond, which gives the wine a distinctive and pleasant character.
