La Collina dei Ciliegi: altitude and identity in Valpantena

Located among the hills of Valpantena, La Collina dei Ciliegi is a winery project founded by Massimo Gianolli with the aim of highlighting one of the most distinctive wine areas near Verona. The vineyards surround the village of Erbin, in a landscape defined by altitude, significant temperature variations and soils particularly suited to viticulture.

The estate is closely linked to the identity of the Valpantena area, producing wines focused on aromatic precision, structure and balance. Soil knowledge and vineyard management play a central role in the winery’s production philosophy.

Amarone della Valpolicella and Veronese wines

La Collina dei Ciliegi is especially known for its interpretations of Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, produced through long ageing and careful grape selection. Alongside Amarone, the winery also produces wines linked to Valpolicella and other Veronese denominations.
