Why we like it

L'Eterno was born from the precious suggestion of Giacomo Tachis, who sensed the potential of this grape variety in the Sicilian terroir. The wine expresses a Burgundian character, combining consistency with typical finesse and elegance. The name of the wine pays homage to the sculpture "La mano dell'Eterno" by Serpotta, restored thanks to the support of Feudi del Pisciotto and the renowned stylists who contributed to the labels of the collection. The grapes for this wine are grown in the vineyards of Niscemi, at 270 meters above sea level on medium-textured soils rich in skeleton. After manual harvesting in the first half of September, the wine undergoes vinification in steel and malolactic fermentation, followed by aging for 12 months in new French oak barriques and a further 6 months in the bottle.
