Agalìa has a clear and transparent color, enriched by a light hint of straw yellow. On the nose, it offers an intense and enveloping aroma, initially dominated by the clear notes of agave, which then evolve into fresh citrus nuances of lime, mandarin and orange, with a touch of candied fruit. The bouquet is completed with light vegetal notes of prickly pear and olive leaves. On the palate, it stands out for its full, soft and velvety taste, with the characteristics of agave in the foreground, followed by delicate citrus and herbaceous notes, leaving the mouth clean and ready for a new sip.

Smooth, pairs well with traditional Sicilian desserts, as well as panettone and other sweet leavened cakes. When served colder, it’s exceptional with oysters. Also excellent mixed in aperitif or after-dinner cocktails.

This artisanal distillate is obtained from sisalana agave and other Sicilian botanicals, including oranges, lemons, prickly pear blades, olive leaves and sea water. The production takes place through an innovative extraction process in cryogenic maceration and distillation in a vacuum steam current, which preserves the freshness of the botanicals without introducing hints of smoking or cooking. The result is a distillate with great character and personality, which clearly recalls the Sicilian territory from which it draws inspiration, evoking its sensual and authentic charm.
