Aurea Gran Rosé 2022 has a delicate pale pink color with rose gold highlights. The bouquet is complex and intense, featuring notes of red fruits, peach, and citrus that give it remarkable freshness. On the palate, the wine shows a broad structure, beautiful minerality, and a persistent depth that envelops the palate.

Perfect with seafood-based first courses, fish appetizers, and raw fish. This rosé pairs beautifully with the delicate flavors of fish, enhancing their freshness and complexity.

The idea for Aurea Gran Rosé was born from watching the sunrise over the vineyards of Tenuta Ammiraglia, where the first rays of sunlight illuminate the Maremma coast. This wine, emblematic of the estate, strikes the perfect balance between the sea and vineyards, between Syrah and Vermentino, reflecting the harmony of Mediterranean nature. The 2022 vintage benefited from ideal climatic conditions, with winter and spring rains ensuring excellent water supply and perfect grape maturation. The sea breezes contributed to a wine that fully expresses the microclimate of the area, giving Aurea elegance and complexity. Grown at 150 meters above sea level on clay soils, the grapes are hand-harvested and carefully processed to preserve the wine's purity and finesse. A small batch of Syrah vinified in white and aged for 20 months in barrique was added to the blend, further enriching the structure of this exceptional rosé.
