Why we like it
Rocca di Frassinello Maremma Toscana DOC is the result of the Italian-French collaboration between Alessandro Cellai and Christian Le Sommer, the enologist of Les Domaines Baron de Rothschild-Lafite. This wine is made from a blend of Sangioveto, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fermented in steel and aged for 24 months in 80% new barriques, followed by 11 months of bottle aging.
